Impressed by Titans D and expected return of Vick should help the offense. Raiders are a bit better this season but they have no offense.

Best play here is to not bet on this game but we'll lean to taking the generous points as we aren't entirely sold the Chargers are back to the team they were a year ago although playing better. Houston can score and we have to believe Chargers players will be understandably distracted. Spread just too high not to take the points.
