	Seattle at Cincinnati (+1.5)(42)
	Don't be too impressed with Bengals win last, certainly Cinncy improving quickly but Seattle a different team than the Ravens. A few less than great games by Seattle and the line has dropped too much. Three weeks ago the Seahawks are favored by 7 points. These teams are not this close together yet.

	NY Giants at Minnesota (-5.5)(44)
	Seems too easy - beware. Can't go against the Vikings right now, they are doing a lot of things well. The Giants on the other hand, doing few things good enough - at least for long enough. Giants finding ways to lose - if they give Culpepper too many extra chances they'll get burried.

	Cleveland at New England (-5.5)(37.5)
	**Check status of Clev RB Green** Green has gotten it going - if he's healthy and plays they should be able to control the ball enough to stay close. Probably a good game to pass on utlimately but must take the points (with Green in) as we don't see New England pulling away.

	Carolina at New Orleans (-2)(39.5)
	The Saints have struggled against good teams, including a loss this season to Carolina. Atlanta made the Saints look much better than they've been playing and probably affected this line too much. Take the Panthers behind their impressive defense!

	St. Louis at Pittsburgh (-1.5)(46.5)
	The Rams, with more balance on offense are playing pretty good football lately. Never as good on the road and will be slowed a bit on grass but still superior to the Steelers who can't figure out what they want to do on offense. 'Under' probably the better play in this game.

	Dallas at Tampa Bay (-6.5)(36.5)
	Not overly impresses with Tampa lately, can't blame the SuperBowl any more. Some injuries certainly contributing. Tough spot for Dallas, but they are for real - they are a good football team. Maybe too young in this game, but we'll wager on the talent and confidence and take.

	Tennessee at Jacksonville (+3.5)(44)
	Rivalry game, yes. But the Titans over ANYBODY in the league at less than a TD favorite is a good play right now. The only thing that scares us is that the Titans have at times been known to play down to their competition. Especially easy to do at Jax.

	San Francisco at Arizona (+7)(41.5)
	49ers looking better on offense, perhaps Erickson learning how to use his talent. Cardinals just plain lousy at times, but Blake has looked impressive at other times. 49ers inconsistent too often, but they are too much better than Arizona not to play them here.

	NY Jets at Philadelphia (-3)(37)
	Pennington will get some playing time in this one. That could be enough to get the Jets inspired and fired up to play a solid game. Vinny getting a little better each game as well. Eagles still really fighting it on offense and haven't looked good at their new stadium.

	Houston at Indianapolis (-13)(42.5)
	We'll admit it - we haven't picked Houston very well this year. Not sure why, but sometimes it happens that a handicapper just can't get a handle on a team. With an potential running game against a some what weak run defense from Indy we like the points, tough to lay this many in NFL. What we do have a handle on is the over/under play in this game.
	Houston Texans +13 Smart money plays the total in this one with our TOP PICKS!

	Buffalo at Kansas City (-6.5)(43.5)
	Call them lucky if you will, but you have to be pretty good to be 7-0 - no matter how you got there. However the Bills have the running game (and they'll use it unlike Oakland did) to run all over the Chiefs. It will be tough for any team to win at Arrowhead this year, but the Bills - especially with Moulds most likely coming back - to keep this game very close.
