Easy money with the TOP PICK in this one but we can't ignore Buffalo's struggles on offense and the Titans not the same with McNair hobbling.  Under looks good - the side looks GREAT - it's HERE!

Vick is back - and he was fun to watch! Looked a lot like his old self - but must realize his old self was at his weakest against covers 2 with speed - that's the Colts.  Also tough to ignore how little help Vick still has around him.  Peyton Manning will have a field day with the Falcons D.

Chiefs hungry for a BIG win and a complete game - they are unlikely to let up at any point in this game.  Meanwhile the disappointing year for the Lions continues and there is little reason to believe they'll get that elusive road win here - or even come close.  Tough to lay this many in the NFL but even tougher to play the Lions on the road.

On Monday we liked the Bears plus the points, but with rookie QB Grossman (possibly over rated to begin with) getting his first start we can't go with Chicago despite some impressive covers at home recently.  The Vikings never the same away from home come in with some confidence and renewed hop in the division after last week.  We wouldn't ask them to cover much more than 3 and ultimately recommend against this game but we will pick the Vikings.

The Steelers when winning this year have been able to run the ball well enough to make play action work and they've hit the big plays.  The Jets simply can't stop the run.  Big day for Bettis should open the passing game and get the Steelers a win as the spark from Pennington's return has died out.

Still concerns about Carr and Davis.  Thursday afternoon reports say Davis ran at 100% - good news for the Texans.  BUT....Carr unlikely 100% which means Davis is their only weapon.  Check back on this one.

**Update**
Carr looks to be a game time decision - they may be better off without him if he can't throw the ball.  Davis should play - that gives them a chance.  A few books that have posted lines are at TB -11 to -12.5 - those numbers make taking the points look decent and this looks like an under game.  But ultimately - stay away from this game.

Dallas in a downward spiral and they've dominated this series lately.  But we back the Cowboys who seem to be questioning their abilities and do not look very confident.  Difficult to put money on either side in this game but we'll take the home team motivated to end the Cowboys dominance.

Very tough to lay double digits in the NFL, and we're doing it once this week with KC so not sure we can do it twice in one week.  Broncos set up for a big let down as the KC game has their season last week - can they get up for the lowly Browns?  They didn't againt lowly Chicago recently and got beat.  A lot of injuries and not sure we trust Couch - good game to pass on - stick with our TOP PICKS - but we'll take the points.

The Panthers really sliding, meanwhile the Cardinals have been impressive at home this year - although not sure how as bad as they've looked on the road.  New QB could be a big spark and keep this team playing hard.  Panthers not a good favorite (1-7 ATS in that role) - take the home dog.

Green Bay really hasn't put 2 good games in a row together this season - but this assignment gives them a good chance as they fight for the playoffs.  Can't resist Favre who's thumb looked A LOT better last week (after the 1st quarter) against the Chargers "defense".

Too many problems for the Giants to mention, Saints tough at home and simply can't find enough positive to say about the Giants.  Best move during this game - count all the money you won today with our 5 TOP PICKS!!
