The Colts have more weapons, and the Packers
have few weapons healthy. Packers once unbeatable at home are
really struggling but could have an edge in a bad weather game.
Packers should be fired up for this one, this may be too close
to turn down the points.

to the west coast. Both teams in must win situations. I'll give
the edge to the home team in this battle.

The Titans will certainly be looking to take
last weeks loss out on somebody this week and Cleveland is over
matched. But, taking 16 is certainly tempting as the Titans
aren't known for blowing people out. Ultimately I'd avoid betting
either side of this game, plenty of better bets out there. If
you must, take the points.

Cincinnati (+7)(36) at New England
|
|
|
Two lousy teams in this one, another game
to avoid betting I'd say. With Corey Dillion the Bengals always
have a chance to score, but stop him and you beat the Bengals.
The Pats don't have much to offer on offense either however.
The best play here is clearly on the under, but if you must
bet a side take the home team.

An amazing run of 6 straight wins and covers
for the Saints will come to end in this one. A strong play here
is the Raiders to bounce back big against a Ricky Williams-less
Saints. The defense is still healthy however so look for a low
scoring game.

The Eagles have been inconsistent this year,
the Cardinals much more consistent, consistently bad. Tough

to cover 7, I just can't play the Cards.

The best game of the day. This one will be
close, the Dolphins are playing well and are very tough at home
but in this series I have to take the points. On the surface
tempting to play the fish, but a few numbers we can't ignore:
Coach Al Groh's squad is 4-1 ATS on the road. And the Jets are
5-0 both SU and ATS versus the Dolphins since 1998. Take the
points.

San Diego (+9.5)(42.5) at Denver
|
|
|
Tough game to bet. Will the Chargers really
go 0-11? It looks a lot like it. Greise being out makes this
an under play all the way and the defense will pick it up for
Denver and SD's is strong anyway. I just don't know how the
Chargers will score, they have 3 bad QB's and they're all hurt.
Chargers have to pull one off eventually, but the Broncos need
every win they can get to stay in the playoff hunt.

Cowboys are a big question mark this season,
and are we sure the Ravens have solved all their problems. Bottom
line in a tough game to call at TD spread is that the Ravens

though who can certainly score and may have picked up some confidence
on defense last week.

Steelers may have been looking ahead to this
one in a surprise loss a week ago. And no way we can back the
Jags right now, they simply have too many injuries and are not
playing good football.
