	The Eagles have certainly struggled against the Giants in the past, but in the past the Eagles have struggled against everybody. Which Giant team shows up is the big question. Either way they will have trouble stopping McNabb from hurting them and look for Kerry Collins to struggle against aggresive Philadelphia D. The string should be broken look for an Eagles upset, certainly take the points as the Giants unlikely to pull away if they find themselves ahead. The total simply too low as the Giants can score on special teams and with McNabb sometimes solid defense isn't enough. Not exactly a shootout, but can't go under such a low number.
