Rutgers a lot less likely to take the Orangemen lightly, and like most teams in Div I they are better than Syracuse.

Wisconsin at Indiana
The Badgers D will be too much for the Hoosiers limited offense.

Ohio State at Northwestern
Buckeyes still hanging around the BCS bowl picture (not a title game most likely but still a BCS bowl) so don't let expect a let down in this one. Northwestern will really struggle to contain the Ohio State ground game.

Purdue at Michigan State
Although Purdue will certainly struggle to stop the MSU run game we don't believe the Mich St defense will fair much better. These two teams simply not this far apart.

Virginia at Wake Forest
Very evenly matched game that looks to stay close throughout. Slight edge to UVA and as we look for this to be decided by a FG taking the points is the play.
Virginia +3.5
Oklahoma State at Texas Tech
Trust the Tech defense at home much more than the OSU D. This one will be another shoot out but the home team gets the edge.
Texas Tech -3.5
Bowling Green at Ohio U
Bowling Green does a solid job of taking the ball away and Ohio has been turning it over all season long.
Bowling Green -3
Utah State at Boise State
We don't see Utah State scoring, in fact their first downs could only number in single digits. So the only question becomes will Boise State be focused enough to put 35 plus on the board. Seems pretty likely. We had this slated for a POWER PLAY at the opening line of 31 but too much movement keeps it a free play but still a very strong pick because the Broncos aren't likely to allow any points.

Iowa State at Colorado
ISU seems to be making improvement with a young team, Colorado much less so. These two teams simply not this far apart on the field and if one is - it's probably the Cyclones.

Wyoming at Tennessee
Expect the Vols to rally behind Fulmer and make lowly Wyoming the unfortunate victim of some frustration for Tennessee.

Stanford at Oregon
Oregon Ducks have the far superior offense and although Stanford better than recent editions they are still undersized and don't have the depth to stay with a team like Oregon.

Arizona at Washington State
Beating up on Washington St very common these days and Arizona certainly has the offense to get it done. Back ups will still be putting up points.

Cincinnati at West Virginia
Don't believe Cinncy has the athletes to consistently stop the WVU offense that is getting back to previous editions level.
West Virginia -7
Louisana Tech at San Jose State
Very nice line value here with starting QB Reed likely OUT for this game. But we believe Eden may actually be the better QB!
San Jose State -7
North Texas at FAU
NTU gets their starting QB back and FAU not 3 TDs better than anybody!
North Texas +22.5
UTEP at UL-Lafayette
Another game in which we don't see either team a TD better than the other. Taking the points looks like a very good pick.
